Lisa Simpson

An advocate for animal rights, a passionate environmentalist, and a jazz lover; Lisa Simpson would be my ideal fictional persona.

Lisa is highly intellectual and sophisticated, and many of the Simpsons’ episodes involve Lisa fighting for various causes. She is also deeply appreciative of jazz music. Seeing as we both play the saxophone (although I played Alto) we share this connection. However, even though Lisa is only eight years old, she’s already a genius--both musically and academically.

She is also a remarkable optimist, although she is faced with trouble at school and in her dysfunctional family. She reconciles with the bullies and always stays loyal to her parents, while also holding true to what she believes in.

Lisa Simpson is the poster child for success. If she is ever to surpass the age of eight, she would certainly be one to change the world.

But even though she is wise beyond her years, she also maintains child-like innocence as well.
