Bucket List

High School: Before I graduate high school, I would like to at least make a varsity sport. Even if I don't necessarily play and just sit the bench. I want to be able to say that I played on a varsity team, considering I was cut from 6 sports in the past two years. It's safe to say that sports have never really been my thing.

College: Before I graduate from college, I want to learn Russian. Russian is a language that we aren't given the option of taking in high school. Not many people, besides Russians of course, are able to speak this language, and I love the way it is spoken. It will take years to learn, but I feel like 4 years or so is enough.

Life: Before I die, I am going to go sky dive and travel through Europe over the summer making a stop in Belgium for the music festival Tomorrowland. It is a huge electronic music festival lasting two days in July. There are typically over 270 artists, including Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta, and Dimtri Vegas.

Bucket List

High School- I don't have much that is on my bucket list that is relatively sane and possible. I've been to an MLB all-star game; NASCAR Sprint Cup race, the Hawaii Bowl three times, the NFL Pro Bowl three times, and the Sony Open three times; lived in Hawaii; learned how to surf there; play the ukulele; met the President, the Prime Minster of Japan, Australia, and the Philippines; flown off an aircraft carrier, and more. There isn't much more that I really want through my high school career.
I want to make it to Rupp Arena for the Basketball Sweet Sixteen and make a run to win it all. I would love to go to a Final Four whenever UK makes it back (that could be high school or college or even after). I want to compete for championship in lacrosse this year, but especially next year.

College- I want to simply have the best college experience I can have. I want to get a degree in Business and Marketing or Finance. I may walk on in lacrosse or basketball if the whole scholarship thing doesn't happen (more than likely won't, but who knows).

Life- I want to go to a Super Bowl, World Series, World Cup, and national championship game for basketball and football (only if Alabama or UK is in either one). I want to live to see Kentucky win or compete for a (or multiple) national championships in football. I want to work hard to become successful wherever my career takes me. I want to have a healthy family and live a good life. More than likely i'll remember plenty more to put in all categories on this list, but that's later, I have to submit this

bucket list

High School- Before I graduate from high school I want to win a state championship with my lfc team. I already have one for the high school team and if I could get one for lfc it would complete my high school soccer career. Also I want to go for the rest of this year and senior year without getting in a car accident.

College- I want to graduate with an engineering degree and study abroad every chance I get although I'm not quit sure where exactly. I also want to play college soccer for whatever school I end up going to.

Life- I want to go to the Super Bowl and maybe the world cup if it ends up being a place thats not too crazy (Qatar). Also I want to end up living in one of those really modern homes that is right on the beach. I'm going to play golf almost everyday and learn how to surf in Hawaii.

Before I Graduate/Graduate/Die

Before I finish high school, I want do just a few things. First, I would like to get accepted into the Governor’s School for the Arts for percussion. It is a highly selective program so I am not going to give my hopes up, but that is one of my priorities at the moment. I would also like to score a five on every AP exam from here on out that I take. Finally, I want to stop procrastinating due to Skyrim… like I did for this assignment. Challenge accepted? I think so.

Before I finish college, I want to have decided on what I want to do in life. I don’t want to spend four years being wishy-washy about a major, but rather being dead set on a path of my choice. I want to keep good grades but have fun and enjoy college life in the meantime.

Before I kick the bucket, I have yet another few things that I want to do. I want to be successful in my career path, whatever it may be; I want to meet the love of my life, whoever that may be; I want to travel the world and experience what Earth has to offer, whatever that may be; I want to help others to the best of my abilities. Last but not least, I want to die feeling that I have made a profoundly positive effect on others and that I have been a good person.

Before I finish finish high school I hope to have signed my national letter of intent to a D1 school to play soccer. This has always been my goal since the seventh grade, can't give up now. On a less serious note I also would like to stage an epic senior prank. I had something in mind, it goes like this: we set a time in the day so say right after the bell of second period we all go into the hallways and snatch a freshman or just one of the smaller students in the school and take them to a designated room and hold them there till lunch. I don't know why but that's funny to me.

Before I finish college I want to have a degree in business and to be in veterinarian school. I also want to study abroad every year of college in these spanish speaking countries: Argentina, Spain, Venezuela, and Columbia. I will be able to do this because many colleges I want to go to provide the 4-1-4 schedule in which in that January term you can study abroad.

In life I have big dreams but hey you've got to dream big to achieve big. In life I want to marry a beautiful Columbian Women. I then want to live here in Lexington where I am an equine veterinarian and also dabble into the horse business such as selling and racing. I plan to do all this business with my best friend Duncan. Once we have both made a sufficient amount of money in our independent fields so for me being a veterinarian. We will retire from them and start our Horse Racing Empire. We will be around 55 by this time and will have more money than we will know what to do with there fore we will purchase an island in the bahamas from a friend who will be a real estate agent there and our families will live there happily ever after.

My Bucket List

I find myself to be a pretty uninteresting person. This isn't a moment of depression or self loathing, I'm just being honest. I can't really do anything cool. I have two party tricks, wiggling my ears and do a weird, thing with my tongue. So those are the goals I want to accomplish. I want to learn how to do cool thing.
By the end of high school- I want to learn to play the harmonica. I am super jealous of any musically gifted person. It is just I talent that was never most obvious in me, so I never nurtured it. That needs to be rectified and what better instrument is there during the harmonica. It the most easily portable instrument of all time and ( I've heard) is decently easy to learn relative to many instruments. Plus it outside the box just a bit, everyone play the guitar. I really don't want to be that guy on campus with slightly unkempt hair, v- neck and acoustic guitar trying to pick up chicks. I just want to have the experience of doing something musical.
By the end of college- Some of you might remember a sub we had last year in Ratliff's class. He was a young, white dude and truthfully pretty lame. But one thing he said I thought was cool. During his college years, he would save up whatever money he didn't absolutely need and every couple months by a plane ticket and travel somewhere for a day or two. That is super cool. As a bit background, I've never really traveled that far from Kentucky, South Carolina is about as distant as it gets. So I suppose I have this really romanticized view on travel. I know that it can't be that great but I want to travel to a large city a couple times in college, maybe Houston.
Before I die- I want to write a book. This one is pretty stereotypical but super cool. I think that every avid reader on some level wants to write a book. I really don't care if it even gets published, I just want to do it because of the feeling of creativity and accomplishment.

Life

Highschool: Learn to play ten instruments. I love learning music and playing it. I have already learned several instruments I am already on my way to ten. I can play the drums, piano, guitar, mandolin, harmonica, and i am currently learning the fiddle. If I can count correctly, then I need to learn four more instruments. We have a saxophone, xylophone and banjo so I will give those a shot. I am quite familiar with stringed instrument so the banjo shouldn't be a difficult task. THe other two will take some time. I am no wind or brass player so the saxohphone will be quite a challenge.

College: Discover what I want to do with my life. College is about learning and discovery. I intend to try new things and found out what I want. As of right now I have no idea as to what I want to major in, so this is quite a challenge.

Life: Skydiving. I have somewhat of a fear of heights, so this task will be very difficult. I am determined however. Freefall is a feeling I wish to experience and I will do it. When, however, I do not know.

my bucket list

My bucket list for high school is sort of a boring, stereotypical one--I want to get good grades, be involved in my school, and basically pave the way for a successful entry into the college of my choice. I want to look back and think about all of the amazing times I had with my friends though too, because after all, you only live once! One main thing that I'd really like to do though is to completely get out of Lexington for a summer...so that basically means this summer or next. I want to go on an adventurous trip somewhere really cool and new for me to broaden my horizons! I've always wanted to go to Greece or Australia so I'm thinking that I want to get to one or the other somehow soon!
Before I finish college, I want to have thrown or attended a massive, ridiculously crazy, life-changing party with all the great people I will have met by then. It will be exactly like the kind of thing you see in movies today. I also want to experience a job or major internship that I really enjoy, preferably something in the journalism profession. I want to be able to say that I have successfully started to pursue my passion, whatever exactly it may be at the time.
Before I die, the greatest thing I hope to achieve is seeing the difference I made in someone's life. I want to invite a homeless person into my warm house for Christmas Eve dinner sometime and show them the kindness of a stranger. I want to voyage to Africa, set up camp in a little village, and work to help the innocent, starving children and people out there. I just really want to see myself making an impact in others' lives.

The Bucket List

One thing I most definitely want to do before graduating from high school is be part of some kind of a theatrical production. I don't particularly care whether I'm an important role in the cast or whether I'm just the girl who handles one of the spotlights. All I'm asking is to be part of some kind of play/musical performance. Alternately, I'd like to make some short films with a group of people, so I could have practice in writing screenplays like I want to, and so I could have practice with special effects in movies. Plus, making performances like that could theoretically bring me closer to some people, and lord only knows how much I need new friends after what happened last semester. I'm also very fond of creating stories, so having a medium to translate them into would be great.

In college, I'd like to make sure that I can hold down a job of some description. Not necessarily a really big job, like a volunteer firefighter or an intern in a police station, but just a regular job. I want to do this because I really would like some experience with finances in the workforce, so that I might be better prepared to go into the real world. Plus, I might be able to save up enough money in order to buy myself things I want to have, rather than things I need to have.

Finally, before I die, I'd like to learn a bunch of different languages and try to travel the globe extensively. Knowing Spanish is okay, but knowing things like Chinese or French could be useful in communicating businesswise, seeing as China has a serious hold on the world economy with manufacturing things. Traveling the world would be great because there are many sights I'd love to see, like the pyramids in Egypt, or The Coliseum, or Niagara Falls.

Abi's Bucket List

High School: By the time I graduate, nerve wracking enough that is in May, I want to get straight As in my classes. It would be pretty great to have a senior prank. My prank (if I do one) would be to obtain 3 small pigs and write "1,2 and 4" on their backs. I will let the pigs free in the halls and the administrators will be running all over the school trying to find the pick named 3. The ironic thing is there is only three pigs.

College: Meet my husband and marry him. I want to finish under grad with excellent grades and discover what I want to do with my career. MY ext goal is to get into a fabulous grad school. I will party so hard in college it's going to be awesome.

Life: bungee jumping, live in Hawaii and have beautiful and smart children. I want to quench my thirst for excitement!
BRING IT ON LIFE!!!

One Day

There are.many things that I want to do one day.
Before high school ends there are many things I want to do. I want to go to an ACTUAL beach in America, start my an club or at least join a club that plays some sort of unique sport (quiditch or something along those lines). However, the number one thing that I want to do before high school ends is to leave a legacy behind at Henry Clay. Or at least.just remembered by some of the under classmen. Whether it be through being president of club/organization or through orchestra. In order to get this one.in the buck I guess I need to get my act together in order to leave something behind.
My bucket list to complete before college includes, going on a road trip with friends, learning a new language, and go to one game of all varsity sports teams in college. However my number one thing to complete on my bucket list before.I graduate college is to study abroad. I love to travel and one of the most amazing experiences I think I can have is going to study somewhere foreign for months. Being able to travel around sounds amazing.
My last bucket list is one to complete through out the rest of mynlife. This one contains items of.all kinds ranging from cooking to travel to love. This list includes, traveling to all 50 states, cooking every recipe in a cook book, ride an elephant in India, and go on an ACTUAL African safari. The number one thing I want to do before I die is to save/change a life for the better. I know they may sound lame or stereotypical but I feel that helping others is one of the most important things one can do.

My bucket list

High school: before I get done with high school, I will have one semester of all As. I have told myself I will do that almost every semester all of high school, but never have followed through. I can't say for sure this semester will be the one, but who knows. I feel like I owe it to my teachers, parents and myself to do this. Who knows, probably next year.

College: My goal for college is to do as much of nothing as possible, while getting good grades and getting into a good grad school. I sort of had the same deal for high school up to college, but It didn't work so well. Who knows, perhaps it will work better the next time around. I want to rarely attend class, but get all As. This will not happen, but it is a goal of mine.

Life: I want to own a jet. I want to fly places and never drive. Due to the half-ass-dedness of my last two goals this probably will not happen. Who knows, I can always dream. javascript:void(0)

Braxton's Bucket List

Highschool: Before I finish high school I would like to win a state championship in Lacrosse for Henry Clay's team and also get recruited by a good D3 or maybe D1 college to play lacrosse. Also, I want to start doing more adventurous activities such as bungie jumping and skydiving. The summer after high school I want to go back to the Grand Canyon and kayake the river and all of its rapids, including Lava Falls (5+ rapids).

College: I want to go to many musical events during college such as Bonaroo and Hangout. Also, I want to join a fraternity, so that I can be in a brotherhood that will last for life, even out of college. During this time I want to be able to live my social life but also excell in school and find my perfect major that will lead my life for the future.

Life: I would like to graduate college and right after it get a good job that is in the major that I have studied. Then I would like to find the perfect girl and marry her and have kids, by that time I hopefully will have the money to buy a nice house in the suburbs and be able to pay for a nice private school or enrole them into a equally good public school.

Kicking the Bucket (List)

My Bucket List:

· Complete my bucket list.

And that’s it.

Just kidding. I’ve got a whole extensive mental and physical bucket list, but I’ll just skip to the interesting parts.

High School: Learn another instrument.

I know that I’m not going to be a Music major, but I’ve always been interested in learning to play an instrument other than the violin – specifically the cello or the piano. I know that I’m not going to be as good as people who’ve been playing for years, but I think that learning something else would probably contribute to my violin skills as well as being a separate hobby.

College: Become fluent in one of the following languages: Cantonese, Taiwanese, or Russian.

The first two are easy to explain. My father’s family is from Hong Kong, and they speak mainly Cantonese. The last time I went to Hong Kong, I couldn’t understand anyone – strangers would attempt to talk to me in Cantonese, since I look like native. Additionally, it would let me talk directly to my grandparents; they can only speak Cantonese, and it’d be nice to talk directly to them. Taiwanese is pretty much the same issue, but since they speak Mandarin about as much as they do Taiwanese, it’s not as big of a problem in Taiwan.

Russian is an interesting option for me. I don’t know what got me interested in learning Russian, but for some reason I’ve found the language fascinating. It’s the fifth most spoken language in the world, and hey, to be honest, it sounds pretty cool.

The End: Contribute to society in a way that will be useful for the world.

I don’t mean something like being the next Bill Gates or Warren Buffett, but I want to be a part of something that helps the world for the future. I don’t care if I do something like inventing a more efficient engine, or design light bulbs that save energy like fluorescent ones but still have the same warm color as incandescent bulbs, but as long as I know that my work helps the future in some way, I’ll be fine with it. I don’t even have to feature prominently on the cover of a world-renowned journal of some specific field as the sole contributor of a project (but that’d be nice); even if I only had a small part in changing the world, I’ll rest happy knowing that I’ve done a good job.

Noun, Bucket List:
(1) A list of experiences one desires to complete before certain periods of time.
(2) A list of outlandish ideas or experiences that one wants to, but never will, complete before certain periods of time.
(3) A list of hopes, desires, and wishes that drive a person to succeed, remind a person to live, and give a person a reason to believe they are more than human.

Regardless of which of the above definitions one chooses to believe in, a bucket list symbolizes more than just a list; it gives us insight into our personalities and inner desires. Often times, it disregards human limitations, leaving us open to the realm of our own imaginations - stopping us only at our own dreams and deepest sentiments. It has the potential to become the driving force in one's life, and it invites us to obsess over it; because, after all, the completion of a bucket list represents the success or failure of dying free of regrets.

My "Pre-High School Graduation" Bucket List:
1) Skydive. Sure, everyone always says that they want to go skydiving, so what's the difference with me saying it? I actually will. This year, on June 16th, 2012 (my eighteenth birthday) I plan to go skydiving at an airfield outside of Elizabethtown (I still haven't informed my parents yet so keep it on the DL). Now you may ask why I am so determined to willingly jump 15,000 feet out of an airplane and hopefully not die on my way back to Earth, and I may tell you that I choose to live. Because in every man's life, he has two options: To live or to breath, and I choose to live, and if that means risking death by falling out of the sky and praying my parachute opens to do it, well everyone's going to die sometime and personally I would prefer to die without regrets.

My "Pre-College Graduation" Bucket List:
1) Travel somewhere alone. This is my variation of the "Eat, Pray, Love" trip that Julia Roberts took, except I plan to do it in some isolated country filled to the brim with natural beauty. I want to hike across some remote island like Iceland or New Zealand for a month and basically just experience the best the world has to offer without anyone else. My goal? To find myself and then learn to be that person.

My "Pre-Death" Bucket List:
1) Travel the world. Ever since I was young I have had a burning passion to go everywhere there is to go and see everything there is to see. And this would be my way of doing it. Sure, I've already been to most of the necessary European capitals, but I intend to not leave a single stone unturned. And if that means going to Zagreb, Croatia then I'll buy my ticket and be off because for me there is no greater interest than experiencing new and different cultures so that is what I intend to do.

bucket list

High School: What I would want to do by the end of high school is to really commit to playing my instruments. I'd like to learn more music casually playing piano and get even better at playing the violin. I've slacked off and have more on my hands than any other years before so getting some good steady practice times in is more difficult. Plus I got a guitar for my birthday in December and I've left it around for the past month not really practicing it. I'd like to learn how to play the guitar well, especially since it's so relaxing.

College: I'd want to go on a long foreign country trip whether it's for studies or for enjoyment. I like the idea of going and experiencing a different cultures by staying there. Life abroad just seems a lot more interesting than just staying in the US. Maybe it's because I was raised going to other places, but a Europe or South American visit wouldn't be too bad. I'd be exciting to see all the sites and try the food, but ultimately I'd want to learn more about the history of the place and how their achievements and struggles correlate with world connections.

Life: I'd like to hold a nice steady job. Hopefully the hard work I do now will pay off later. What I hope to accomplish before I die is to reconnect with my family. It always seems so lonely when there aren't any relatives around and I'd want to go live with my uncles and cousins for a while. There'd be an obvious language barrier but I feel like I've missed out on a lot of my past and culture being so far away. It sounds pretty cheesy but I couldn't think of anything I'd want more.

I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was...

I have made a bucket list before, and it constituted primarily of really dumb or reckless things that will not improve my self-worth or sense of moral closure before I start pushing daisies.

There is also no way I can narrow down a list of 65 hopes and desires to three. But I’ll do my best.

Before I finish high school… I want to chop off my hair. Pixie cut style. I will then proceed to donate my hair to an organization of my choice. I want to do this for a number of reasons:

  1. I’m sick of strangers playing with it when I go to the supermarket. (They are usually Greek?)
  2. I’m sick of guys rooting through it, looking for split-ends. (Fortunately, they usually don’t find any.)
  3. I’m sick of meeting folks from western Kentucky, because the first thing they ask is: “IS THIS REAL?” I mean, how am I supposed to react to this? “Hi, nice to meet you. YES, MY HAIR IS REAL. I’M SCANDINAVIAN.” I don’t know. It doesn't seem too polite.
  4. I’m sick of my mom tagging along with some other girl she’s mistaken for me every time we go up north. (She once followed some poor girl around for nearly 10 minutes. And then I found out the other girl’s accompanying friend was following ME around. Crazy stuff.) Everyone up there has long, blonde hair. Everyone.

I’m not sure if cutting it all off would solve these problems, but its one of the only wholesome things I really want to do. I’ve come close to following through with this twice… But someone always talks me out of it in the end.

Before I finish college… I want to do all the things I used to be proud of, and then have since forgotten how to do them… AGAIN. I want to learn how to play piano… again. I want to try to play guitar… again. I want to learn how to play golf… again. I want to learn how to play chess… again. I want to reach 1,500 consecutive hops on a pogo stick… again. Most importantly, I want to meet Johnny Depp again. Yes, this actually happened. I will run into him again some day, and recall everything from that night. And then he will say, “Oh, yes! You WERE that girl in the penguin suit.” And it will be glorious.

Before I die… I want to swim in bio-luminescent algae. Yeah. This stuff.

I’d paddle around for a good hour or two and then call it a night. That could make my entire life, right there.

I also need to milk a cow. Yes. I’m from Wisconsin, and I haven’t milked a cow. I am ashamed.

I will buy a hippie van, paint it up, and put a waterbed in it. Just for giggles.

And lastly, I will travel to New Zealand and reenact scenes from The Chronicles of Narnia and Lord of The Rings.

And there you have it. Everything I want in a life. At least I’m relatively realistic… right?

My Life in a Nutshell

Bucket list of items for high school, college, and life? Easy. To get good grades, to get good grades, and to make enough money. Simple and boring, yet true. Unfortunately, I doubt that's enough for this week's blog, so here are some things that may not be on the top of the bucket, still are things that I want to do.

High School
I want a pet zobo (crossbreed of a zebu and a yak). No particular reason.

College
I want to go bungee jumping. I been afraid of heights have since I was little, and I've been told that the best way to get over a fear is to confront it. Hopefully jumping off of a 5000 feet cliff will let me do so. That, or the string breaks and I plunge into a gruesome death, but petty details shall not get in my way.

Life
I want to see a double rainbow. Maybe I've just been caught up in the hype, but some time before I die, I want to see the natural splendor of nature in its full glory. So some time in the distant future, I'm going to vacation to Yosemite Park and just camp there for a couple of weeks, maybe performing some Native American Rain Dance for good luck. And if that guy's reaction is anything to judge double rainbows by, I have no doubt in my mind that it'll be worth it.

Also, I want to catch every pokemon and become a pokemon master. Some may call this goal unrealistic. Yes, I know it's a lot of pokemon. But I believe that with perseverance, anything is possible.

Lifes too short

its hard to believe it but we are almost seniors. All throughout my high school career i have wanted to go to the beach and scuba dive. i have never actually been to the beach but i hear it is amazing. and so before i finish high school i think it would be neat to experience that for myself. ive also wanted to learn how to ski, because ive never been skiing either. (if you couldnt tell my parents arent the type to take too many road trips)
for college the most important thing i would like to do would be to run a marathon. actually, i would just like to be able to make it a marathon, even if i have to walk that would be fine too. i am continually telling my mother that i will run with her so that i will be in shape enough to run a marathon, but i just never get around to it. hopefully by college i will have.
of the road trips that my family does take, we go to national parks. ive been to yosemite, yellowstone, grand canyon, bryce, zion and several others. my lifes dream is to visit all of our national parks and have documentation that i have been to them. ideally it would be nice if my whole family went with me, but is it is just me that is fine also.

the things i want to do-be

First, a confession: I've never actually written down a bucket list. I guess I have to now though, so here it is.

Before I finish high school, I want to publish something independently. It could be an album with my band, or an open source game I made, or even just a picture, but I want it to be something that people look at or hear and say, "Man! that kid was pretty okay at something in a mediocre kind of way." If I don't do something like this now, I probably won't ever have the time to.

Before I get out of college, I want to go to Burning Man. Call me a hippie or a freak, but it looks like a great way to spend a week. Music, insanity, desert heat, survival, and topping it all off with a giant wooden dude going up in flames in a community of people from everywhere on the planet has got to be one of the coolest things you could possibly do over a college break.

Before I die, I want to live in another country. I've been pretty starved of international culture as I've never been outside of the us. Europe or Asia, I don't care. I just want to get out of here.

Bucket List...

Well, I have lots of dreams and ambitions for these different times, most of them are pinned to my bucket list board on Pinterest, but I think some of my most interesting are the places I hope to visit.

Before the end of high school, I hope to go to Hawaii. Actually this has been something I’ve wanted to do my entire life, however my family isn’t really the type to travel much. If we do, it’s usually to see relatives in New York or to go someplace my parents or grandparents enjoyed as children. They are usually fairly boring trips. However, a few months ago, I got an email from Brown University about a science and culture program for high school students in Hawaii during spring break. It sounds so interesting and I think my mom will let me go, but convincing my dad to let me go across the country by myself might be a stretch. So this may or may not happen, but a girl can dream, right?

Before the end of college, I want to go on a completely spontaneous road trip with some of my closest friends. Since it will be completely spontaneous, I don’t really know when or where it will be or what I will do, but I’ve always wanted to keep driving on the interstate until I find something that captures my interest. If you know me, you know I’m someone who doesn’t take chances every often and I think this would be something fun that I wouldn’t normally do. I do love a good adventure.

Before I die, there are so many things I want to do. I want to travel to other countries including, but certainly not limited to Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Thailand, Ireland, France, Australia, Greece, Italy, South Africa, Mexico, and Canada. I feel like I’ve been trapped in the United States my entire life, therefore I want to experience new locations and different cultures. Finally, I want to get a map of the world, post it on wall, through a dart at it, and wherever it lands (as long as it hits land), I want to live there for a short amount of time. It’s completely crazy, I know. But I think it would be really fun.

Chuck Norris Round-House Kicks the Bucket

These won't actually be the *number one* items on my bucket lists, if a bucket list is defined as a prioritized list of goals beginning at 1. In my opinion, a bucket list should only list the extraordinary goals that one may not have on his mind every day. So, take for instance my high school list. My top priority in high school is probably to graduate with the best possible transcript. BOOOORING. And more importantly, I don't need a bucket list to remind me to work towards that. Instead, my top priorities listed here will be the first items 3 lists of aspirations extraordinaire.

High School:
I plan to work myself into a situation where someone will tell me "You have the power to stop this!"
This may be as simple as a colleague informing me I have the power to reduce my energy consumption. Truly the situation doesn't matter at all. It could be a classmate giving an important presentation for a final *HINT HINT WINK WINK*.
As soon as this somebody tells me that "you have the power. . ." I'll immediately stand up and spout, "You're right. I do have the power. I have ALL THE POWER IN THE WORLD."
Probably, hopefully this will throw the entire room into a confused state as they try to balance out in their heads whether I'm really an evil mastermind or just plain bonkers. Then they'll remember how I walked into a wall last week and any idea of mastermind will disappear.
Meanwhile, I'll resume my quiet sitting like nothing happened.

College:
I want to stage a full- or hopefully near-scale Classical Age-style battle using perfect replicas, except everything is made out of Styrofoam, polyester or some other light plastic so no one dies. At least not may people.
I'm talking catapults, javelins, swords, phalanxes, Testudo, everything a kid who has an unhealthy zeal for giant Roman battles could want. Don't really know how I'd do cavalry or war elephants threatening some lives.
Oh, and if by now you think this idea is nerdy, I'll make sure to send you a video of me going all 300 Spartans on somebody while you rot in your living room getting vicarious pleasure through Tom Brady.

Life:
A tie between 2 goals:
1. Hike the Appalachian Trail with several good friends of mine. We don't have to do it all in one 6-month backpacking bonanza without rest or shelter. We don't even have to hike the entire way without stopping somewhere to return to work. But we HAVE to go from the very beginning to the very end. If not my ghost will haunt the trail, forever trying to finish what human Dylan could not.
2. Smash through a window James Bond-style to save a friend, whether he/she desires rescue or not. I may need the assistance of several other goobers willing to pay for the damages just to look like a secret agent.
